Makarasana or crocodile pose

The crocodile pose yoga helps to release stress and tension in various areas of the body: legs, back, arms and buttocks. This asana can prevent indigestion and constipation. To complete the exercise you need:

Lie face down on the mat with your arms crossed in front of you and your forehead resting on your palms.
Relax your legs and spread them wide apart.
Hold this pose for 20 seconds.
Repeat five to six times a day.
